Effective Immediately

By accessing, purchasing, or using any products or services from RemapX, you fully agree to the following legally binding terms. These terms are final and non-negotiable. RemapX keeps the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

  1. Digital Sales – No Refund Policy
    All credit purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital software products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for purchased credits. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  2. File Service & Credit Policy
    Once a file is submitted and processed by the RemapX system, the corresponding credit cost will be automatically deducted and is non-refundable, even in cases of customer error in option selection.
    If RemapX determines a file cannot be completed or resolved, the credit(s) may, at our sole discretion, be refunded to your account.
    Support for file adjustments is only available within 14 calendar days of the original request. Beyond this window, new requests must be submitted and re-charged.
  3. Request Accuracy
    It is your full responsibility to ensure that all file requests are accurate before submission. Any missed or incorrect options will require a new request and will incur additional credit charges.
  4. Support Limitations
    Files requiring manual intervention on Sundays will be processed the following Monday, without exception.
    No support or liability is provided for issues caused by the use of cloned tools. Damage, file write failure, or ECU corruption from such tools is 100% the customer's responsibility.
  5. Health Checks & Dyno Runs
    You are solely responsible for conducting comprehensive pre- and post-tuning health checks. RemapX will not accept liability for any outcome resulting from missing diagnostics or improper tuning conditions.
    Data logging is mandatory for any technical support or review of file-related issues. Without proper logs, no investigation or credit refund will be initiated.
    Dyno tuning requires before and after runs. Tuning without a stock baseline run voids all support.
  6. Warranty & Credit Validity
    Credit refunds will only be considered within 14 days of the original file delivery and only if valid data logs are submitted.
    No exceptions will be made beyond this 14-day support window.
  7. Account Integrity
    Each customer is allowed one account only. Accounts found to be duplicated or linked to the same user will be permanently deactivated. All credits on such accounts will be forfeited without refund.
  8. File Security & Anti-Piracy
    All software provided by RemapX is protected. Sharing, uploading, or leaking files to third parties, forums, or any online platform is strictly prohibited.
    Violation will result in immediate account termination, and all credits will be lost.
  9. Support Channel
    If you require assistance, use the "File Support Chat" available beneath the download button. This is the only official support channel for file-related inquiries.
  10. Acceptance
    By downloading any file from the RemapX system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Slave Device Transfer
    If you wish to unbind your slave device from the RemapX portal, a release fee will be charged. This release fee is equal to the total amount of your bonus credits received during the first transfer. The unbinding process will only proceed after the release fee has been paid in full.
